Ironbark is a unique and gorgeous granite material with a chocolate brown base coloring. The stone’s pattern is speckled with flecks of dark charcoal, beige, white, cream, brown, and gray, and provides a misty look. Also featured in the stone’s pattern are stunning veins of cream that create dynamic movement throughout. Ironbark quartz is a common choice for traditional and contemporary styles but also works well in farmhouse-style designs. The versatility and simplicity of this surface allow it to pair well with both white and various shades of wood-stained cabinetry as it adds an element of warmth to kitchen, bathroom, office, and laundry remodels.

Silestone Ironbark is a natural quartz worktop made out of 90% pure natural quartz and 10% resin. Silestone Ironbark has a low-porosity rating, making it highly resistant to staining. It is extremely low-maintenance, never needing to be resealed and requiring only basic, everyday cleaning products. Silestone Charcoal Soapstone features the patented N-Boost treatment, a nano-particle technology that further decreases the porosity rating and acts as a liquid repellent on the stone’s surface.

It is very easy to clean this product, simple cleaning is good. A Hard, nonporous surface makes Caesarstone simple to clean. In most cases, soap and water or a mild detergent are all that is required to maintain its luster.

Simple cleaning – A warm soapy water is great for simple and safe cleaning.
Prevent patina – Wipe away any liquid spills and splashes, which may be more noticeable on dark surfaces.
Cleaning products – Cream-colored cleaning products are not recommended. Check on a hidden area before use.
Scratch Resistivity – Always use a cutting board and clear away sharp objects.

Please note that Honed, Concrete, and Rough finishes require more cleaning than our Polished finishes. Since there is a more exposed surface area with these finishes, metalmarks, fingerprints and other signs of daily living will show.

If necessary, apply common, non-abrasive, household cleaners with Bleach directly on a damp cloth or sponge and wipe the surface, rinsing thoroughly after cleaning. To remove adhered material such as food, gum, or nail polish, first, scrape away the excess material with a plastic putty knife and then clean the surface with a damp cloth to remove any marks left behind and any residual dirt.

Please understand that Honed, Concrete, and Motivo™ finishes will require more daily maintenance than our polished finishes. Since there is a more exposed surface area with these finishes, metalmarks, fingerprints and other signs of daily living will show on these materials. Most of these marks can be easily removed with little effort and cleaning products such as Soft Scrub® Liquid Gel with Bleach. Squeeze a small amount on a soft damp cloth and wipe the surface, then rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residue.
