What are your lead times?
We work very efficiently. Installing worktops less than a week prior to templating and provided the chosen material is in stock.
What deposit is required?
For all smaller projects, we require a 50% deposit to place and order. This will allow us to order in the material and plan a date for templating. The remainder is due upon completion?
Do you have a showroom?
We have a beautiful showroom in front of our factory in Rowsham open for all to come to have a coffee and browse a large range of materials. It is open from 8:30 am till 4:30 pm on Weekdays.
Do I have to make an appointment?
It is always helpful to avoid clashing with another meeting at the time. Nonetheless, we will always make time and there will be someone at hand to help.
Are you open weekends?
We are open Saturday by appointment only as it is our busiest day for visitors. Feel free to call in or email requesting a visit. Sundays we are closed.
